Damage Notes: No major damage history though I did have a cowling pin move forward (the horizontal one that attaches the lower cowl to the upper cowl) and it contacted the prop at idle (happened during maintenance). Sent the prop to propeller works and had the damage polished out and prop recertified. Prop shop said the prop has many overhauls still in it and the damage was minor. |
