NOTATIONS
The aircraft was repaired by Beegles Aircraft Service, Inc (FAA CRS# BX4R092M) after a ground towing incident the resulted in a nose gear collapse and a dent at the inboard LH wing area. See airframe log book entry dated June 18, 2010 for complete details. A Lycoming Factory Zero-Time Rebuilt Engine was installed and the propeller was also overhauled after the incident. Photos of damaged areas after this incident are available for review upon request.
