1978 Piper Lance II

Overview
This Piper Lance II is hangared in Phoenix, Arizona, and is flown regularly by its two partnership owners who are looking to move up to an even higher performance aircraft. With low airframe hours and a late-midtime engine, N2122G, with its club seating for six and good interior, is immediately ready for its next cross-country flight. The mostly Garmin IFR instrument panel has a nearly new EDM900 complete engine management system which provides data regularly to the Savvy engine data analytics program. The engine has an established Blackstone oil analysis history. Logbooks, W&B, 337s, and oil analysis history are digitized, well organized, and immediately available for your review.

Overall, the exterior of this Lance II is in reasonably good condition. The original factory paint is fading, however the aluminum is in nice condition with nearly perfect trailing edges (no hangar rash) and largely void of dents or dings. Lopresti speed mods including Spats, Splitters, Aileron Seals, and Flap Speed Seals. There are several areas where very minor cracks in the paint are barely visible.
