History: This aircraft is cheap because it has some missing logs. Logs start in 2007 at 6770 Hours Total time and 290 SMOH on the factory Reman. Engine time was verified by Lycoming based on tach and purchase date. Airframe time was verified by Mechanic and maintenance records and personal logs. Logs and AD's are current and complete since 2007. Annual is fresh and the plane is completely airworthy. Also there was a porpoised landing in 1979 that resulted in a prop strike. All this is already calculated into the valuation. No hail. |
