6000 TTSN and 280 Hours since complete ‘ground up’ restoration by Croydon Aircraft Company. Gipsy Queen engine 554 hours since major overhaul and 195 hrs since bulk-strip inspection. 1939 model with WW-II service. Pristine condition. Extensive list of spare parts included in Sale. The aircraft saw service during WW-II Battle of Britain for communication transport. At the conclusion of WW-II the military sold the aircraft where it became G-AHTV. It was later ferried to Australia to become VH-BCX. The present owner purchased the aircraft from Australia and commenced a complete ground up restoration lasting some 6 years. He has copies of it’s military history. Restoration by Croydon Aircraft Company. One of a kind classic vintage four seater. |
